Young Catholics are not taught that there is exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church since the popes, cardinals, bishops and priests confuse speculative theology ( LG 8,LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc ) with practical theology( objective exceptions to EENS, Syllabus of Errors etc). They confuse what is hypothetical as being objective exceptions to Tradition.So they are not taught that all non Catholics are oriented to Hell unless they accept Jesus in the Catholic Church. Imaginary exceptions from Vatican Council II are put before them
