Fr.Tullio Rotondo was not allowed to be incardinated in Rome by the Vicariate which was interpreting Vatcan Council II with a false premise. This is deception.It is unethical. It is not Catholic. Fr. Tullio should have the religious liberty not to choose heresy, schism and dissent even if it is approved by the the present two popes. -Lionel Andrades
