 The traditionalist Internet Forums are interpreting Vatican Council II with the false premise of the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 (LOHO) since they believe that Pope Pius XII would not have made a mistake and he was the last of the great popes. But Pope Pius XII over looked the mistake in LOHO. LOHO assumed unknown cases of the baptism of desire and theoretical and hypothetical cases of being saved in invincible ignorance were objective exceptions to the strict interpretation of the dogma EENS.

This was his objective mistake which was repeated at Vatican Council II. .  -Lionel Andrades
