When there is no false premise there is no liberalism, when there is no liberalism based upon the false premise, there is no New Theology. When there is no New Theology which says outside the Church there is known salvation, personally known salvation, there is no New Ecumenism, New Evangelisation and New Ecclesiology. The basis for modernism has been removed Then the Profession of Faith and Bishops Oath of Office is coherent for all Catholics
