 Religious communities are sending seminarians to study at the pontifical universities and are not telling them that Vatican Council II can be interpreted  with or without the false premise, rationally or irrationally and the conclusion will be traditional or non traditional. They are not telling seminarians to interpret Vatican Council II and extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS)  only without the false premise. 

The Letter of the Holy Office 1949 made an objective mistake and interpreted baptism of desire, baptism of blood and invincible ignorance with the false premise. -Lionel Andrades
