The Friends of the St. Benedict Center, New Hampshire(NH) could inform the Judiciary and Legislature in NH that they are unable to physically see non Catholics in NH saved outside the Catholic Church, without faith and the baptism of water, and who are now also visible on earth and in Heaven. So they do not know of any practical exception to the strict interpretation of extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS).This is unlike Bishop Peter Libasci, the bishop of Manchester, NH and his Curia, and the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith ecclesiastics and the present two popes, who claim such people are visible. So they want the St. Benedict Center NH to make the same claim and then have the Decree of Prohibition lifted and no more be declared 'legally not Catholic'. Being able to see invisible people in New Hampshire is now a legal issue.
Since the CDF and the Bishop and his Curia can see non Catholics saved outside the Church and even know their names, they believe there are practical exceptions to the strict and traditional interpretation of EENS. If there was no one seen in this condition of salvation on earth or in Heaven by them then of course they would be saying too that there are no exceptions to the strict interpretation to EENS. They would hold the same theological position as the SBC. But they differ over this empirical observation.
The Bishop and Curia in the Diocese of Manchester interpret Vatican Council II by looking at LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, Gs 22 etc as referring to visible people saved outside the Church. So they expect all the religious communities in the diocese to make the same claim or legally be considered non Catholic. The irrationality is obligatory.
Similarly they assume that the baptism of desire, baptism of blood and invincible ignorance are objective exceptions to Feeneyite EENS for the CDF and Bishop. They also expect all to follow this line of reasoning or face legal consequences, like those imposed upon the SBC.
Members of the Judiciary and Legislature in NH could be asked to issue a statement on this issue. They could be asked : " Do you all see non Catholics saved in Heaven or on earth outside the Church ? ' and " Do you see non Catholics saved without faith and baptism and instead with the baptism of desire, baptism of blood and invincible ignorance over the last few years". Since upon the answer to these questions depends the legal status of the SBC.
The common sense answer to these two questions must then be brought before Bishop Peter Libasci and Cardinal Luiz Ladaria Sj.-Lionel Andrades
