Ms. Mary Jane Silvia, Director of Adult Faith Formation, Ms. Mary Ellen Mahon, Cabinet Secretary for Catholic Formation & Director of Pastoral Ministry and Ms. Kelly Goudreau Director of Parish Faith Formation and Youth Ministry in the Diocese of Manchester, USA, are interpreting Vatican Council II with a false premise to create a rupture with the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) as it is interpreted by the St. Benedict Center, New Hampshire in the diocese. They also teach this error to children, youth and adults in the diocese

They also approve this error among the religious communities in the diocese.

So the FFSP offer Holy Mass in Latin by interpreting Vatican Council II, EENS and other Magisterial documents by confusing what is invisible as being visible and then creating a fakes rupture with Tradition ( Athanasius Creed, Syllabus of Errors etc ).

This is the general pattern of deception and it is unethical.

Meanwhile the Bishop Peter Libasci, has approved a Decree of Prohibitions against the St. Benedict Center, New Hampshire which does not use the false premise to interpret Vatican Council II and EENS.

They are labelled non Catholic by the Diocese of Manchester and the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith,Vatican.

It is dishonest for the bishop and the Curia to interpret Vatican Council II and EENS with a false premise even after being informed.-Lionel Andrades
