The Vatican Council II interpretation of Rahner, Ratzinger and Congar and Fr.Nicholas Gruner, John Vennari and Chris Ferrara is now obsolete. Officially the Catholic Church has now to admit that it made a mistake for 55- plus years on Vatican Council. It used a false premise.
In future the false premise will be avoided in the interpretation of Vatican Council II , the popes need to announce. Today liberals and conservatives agree that the interpretation of Vatican Council II has to be phased out and corrected. - Lionel Andrades
