They will also continue to mention Rahner, Ratzinger, Congar, Murray and others, as if they are relevant to the interpretation of the Council today.

The NCR interpretation of Vatican Council II is now obsolete. It is time to close that window. The old interpretation of Vatican Council II with the false premise is  old propaganda.
