 The Catholic priest must interpret Vatican Council II as being a dogmatic Council. If it is a rupture with Tradition, Vatican Council II is not Magisterial. If the Council contradicts de fide teachings of the Catholic Church it cannot be inspired by the Holy Spirit.

Vatican Council II is dogmatic and in harmony with extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS) according to the missionaries of the 16th century. It is not only a pastoral Council.

It was only by confusing what is hypothetical as being objective in the present times (1965-2021) that Vatican Council II emerged as a rupture with Tradition. Now we have found the mistake.The Council can be interpreted rationally.It has a continuity with the Deposit of the Faith.It is eclusivist, dogmatic and Magisterial. -Lionel Andrades
