Pope Francis interprets Vatican Council II(LG 14) with the right hand side irrational column and Bishop Athanasius Schneider and Dr. Taylor Marshall interpret the baptism of desire (LG 14) with the left hand side rational column.So there are now two interpretations of Vatican Council II.
