If all the Archbishops in Spain would interpret Vatican Council II with the Rational Premise they would return to the exclusivist ecclesiology of the Latin Mass in the 16^th century, while they offer Holy Mass in Spanish.The Novus Ordo Mass would have the old ecclesiology of the Latin Mass.There would be a continuity with the past theology and doctrines, at every rite and liturgy. It is the premise in philosophy and theology, which determines the lex orandi and lex credendi.-Lionel Andrades
