Fr.Georges de Laire interprets Vatican Council II with the False Premise.Bishop Libasci and Pope Francis do the same. This is unethical. It is deception and a falsehood. Is it legal ? Can he be a Judicial Vicar and handle marriage cases ? The Decree of Prohibitions is coercion. All religious communities in NH must only use the Rational Premise.

Emails obtained by Church Militant show Fr. Georges de Laire, vicar for canonical affairs, passed along information about the St. Benedict Center (SBC) — a Catholic community that houses the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, with whom de Laire has been embroiled in a canonical battle — to local freelance writer Damien Fisher. Fisher then used that information to portray the SBC in a bad light.

De Laire imposed sanctions on the SBC in January 2019, severely restricting its ministry. The canonical case revolves around the SBC's interpretation of the Catholic dogma Extra Ecclesiam nulla salus ("No salvation outside the Church").

The case was highlighted in a 2019 article published by Church Militant titled "NH Vicar Changes Dogma Into Heresy," which later became the subject of a defamation lawsuit filed by de Laire against Church Militant.- Christine Niles, E-mails show collusion between NH priest and media

Vatican Council II can be interpreted with a False or Rational Premise and the Conclusion will be Traditional or Non Tradition, in harmony or a rupture with the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS).

Fr.Georges de Laire interprets Vatican Council II with the False Premise.Bishop Libasci and Pope Francis do the same. This is unethical. It is deception and a falsehood. Is it legal ?

2.Can Fr.Laire who interprets the baptism of desire and invincible ignorance with the False Premise and so changes the interpretation of the Nicene Creed and rejects the Athanasius Creed, be a Judicial Vicar and handle marriage cases ?

3.Fr.Georges de Laire has placed a Decree of Prohibitions against the St. Benedict Center for not interpreting extra ecclesiam nulla salus and Vatican Council II with the False Premise as he does. Is this coercion ?

4. All the religious communities in New Hampshire should be free to interpret Vatican Council II with the Rational Premise and so then there will be no exceptions mentioned in the text of the Council for the dogma EENS as held by the St.Benedict Center.Should not all the religous communities and the Director of Education in  NH be told to only interpret Vatican Council II with the Rational Premise ?

5.Damien Fischer is interpreting Catholic Magisterial Documents with a False Premise and then is writing reports critical of the St.Benedict Center for not doing the same.Fr.Georges de Laire supports him. -Lionel Andrades
