Vatican Council II ( Rational ) is dogmatic. It supports Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus. For Bishop Athanasius Schneider Lumen Gentium 14 ( baptism of desire) is not a practical exception for EENS. But for Pope Francis and Pope Benedict it is . We have a conflict on doctrine, with the use of the False and Rational Premise.
