Fr. Georges de Laire Judicial Vicar in the Diocese of Manchester, USA still unethically chooses a False Premise to interpret Vatican Council II, the Creeds, Catechisms and EENS : this is political and not Catholic

Mark Hayward, in The New Hampshire Union Leader, Manchester, USA has a report (June 2022)1  in which he calls the St. Benedict Center(SBC), Richmond, New Hampshire, ‘ a sect’. The report does not state that the SBC affirms all the teachings of the Church. It interprets Vatican Council II with a Rational Premise. So Vatican Council II (rational) is in harmony with the dogma extra ecclesiamnullasalus (EENS).It is Archbishop Augustine Di Noia, Assistant Secretary, CDF and Fr. Georges de Laire Judicial Vicar of the Diocese of Manchester,NH, who choose  the False Premise. In this way they avoid being called Feeneyite. This is unethical. It is dishonest.

Mark Hayward has written another report titled New Hampshire priest adds Wisconsin canon lawyer to  his defamation suit ( July 5, 2022). It says:

The articles in question deal with the St. Benedict Center, a Catholic-oriented sect based in Richmond that has run afoul of the Catholic hierarchy.

De Laire has represented the Manchester Diocese in efforts to distance the church leaders from the St. Benedict Center.

The Diocese has faulted the sect for anti-Semitic statements and its doctrines, including claims that only Catholics can go to heaven. The doctrinal dispute has gone all the way to the Vatican, and the organization has no recognition in the church, according to the Manchester Diocese.

The St. Benedict Center denies that they are a sect. Pope Francis is their pope and they accept Vatican Council and the Catechism of the Catholic Church. They deny that they are anti-Semitic.The diocese  had provided them a regular priest for their chapel and recognized Brother Andre Marie MICM as Prior of the religious community in New Hampshire. This was the status quo for years. They were also approved by the previous bishop in Manchester.

The reports by Mark Hayward for the New Hampshire Union Leader, Manchester,  including those by Damien Fischer do not say that Fr. Georges de Laire interprets Vatican Council II, the doctrines of baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance and the Creeds and Catechisms, with a False Premise. This is unethical. It is being continued even after the Curia in the Diocese of Manchester has been informed. The St. Benedict Center avoids the False Premise.

This was brought to the attention of Mark Hayward and Damien Fischer after their last reports in the New Hampshire Union Leader, Manchester.

They  ignored this point.

Also the report by the Catholic New Agency against the St. Benedict Center ignored this point.

Fr. Georges de Laire chooses the False Premise, to  interpret Church documents. In this way he is dishonestly politically correct with the Left.In this way he also avoids being called a Feeneyite on EENS like the St. Benedict Center. If he did not use this subterfuge the Decree of Prohibitions which he placed upon the SBC would also apply to him.

He has no right to be a Judicial Vicar until he ends the scandal:This was pointed out months back.. This is not being reported by the CNA and the Union Leader in New Hampshire.Copies of these blog posts had been sent to Mark Hayward and the CNA.

COERCION

Bishop Peter Libasci, the bishop of Manchester and his Curia along with Fr. De Laire are dishonest when they choose a False Premise to interpret Vatican Council. Then along with the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican, they coerce the St.Benedict Center to do the same,  with a Decree of Prohibitions. The community in New Hampshire refuse to do this. Now the media are calling them a sect. -Lionel Andrades
