Roberto dei Mattei and Rorate Caeli do not interpret Vatican Council II with the Rational Premise since then it would be a threat to their media. They would be affirming Tradition, in particular the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, the Athanasius Creed and the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX, with no known exceptions. 

They would be considered extremist by the Left.

So they deny Tradition and support the modernism of the liberals, the present two popes and the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith,Vatican.

They re-interpret Quanta Cura, Mystici Corporis and the Catechism of Pope Pius X by confusing invisible cases of the baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance as being visible exceptions for Feeneyite EENS.

1.So they will say that they accept the Syllabus of Errors but with practical exceptions. 

2.They accept the Athanasius Creed but with visible exceptions.

3.They acccept the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus but with Cushingism and not Feeneyism.

This is modernism. It is liberalism which dissents from the past Magisterium over the centuries before 1949.

I have mentioned this many times before but they could not care less.They have to preserve their liberal reputation with the important people.

1.I interpret Vatican Council II with the Rational Premise, Inference and Conclusion. So there is a continuity with extra ecclesiam nulla salus according to Cantate Domino, Council of Trent, which did not mention any exceptions. 

2.I accept the Catechism of the Pope Pius X but invincible ignorance(29Q) does not contradict outside the Church there is no salvation in that Catechism ( 24Q,27Q).For them there is confusion in this old catechism.

3.For me there is no change in the understanding of the Nicene Creed. For them there is.

 They are modernists and do not deny it. Since if they deny it, it would create political problems for their media.They do not want to even talk about it.They cannot even defend traditionalists. Since it would give away their political interpreration of Church Documents. It would show that they are not modernists like the popes and the CDF.

For them there is only Vatican Council II irrational.For me it is only Vatican Council II, rational.They are modernists in public. - Lionel Andrades
