6. When Church leaders and non Catholics refer to Vatican Council II loosely and do not make the rational/irrational distinction, they should be corrected.Only Vatican Council II ( rational) is acceptable. It is honest.
- 7.Irrespective of who was present at Vatican Council II( Congar, Murray, Rahner etc) and what was said or done, the Council can always be interpreted rationally. Since it is the Rational Premise which determines the hermeneutic of continuity with Tradition.

8. So at all liturgical rites, including the Novus Ordo, Mass we can only have the old ecclesiology/old Missal, when Vatican Council II is interpreted rationally. Since the Council is traditional.The irrational common interpretation is not an option.It is dishonest.

9. The Letter of the Holy Office 1949 is irrational and so cannot be Magisterial. Also the popes are Magisterial only when they interpret Vatican Council II rationally. They cannot be Magisterial when they choose the False Premise. It is the same for the cardinals and bishops.

Notably, the encyclical addresses the subject of salvation outside of the church.[2] Beginning by rebuking the belief that eternal salvation could be attained even while "living in error and alienated from the true faith and Catholic unity," Pius recognizes that there are "those who are struggling with invincible ignorance about our most holy religion( invincible ignorane refers to invisible and hypothetical cases only it must be kept in mind. So there is no clash with the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus ). Sincerely observing the natural law and its precepts inscribed by God on all hearts and ready to obey God, they live honest lives and are able to attain eternal life by the efficacious virtue of divine light and grace."[1] The Pope then strongly reaffirms the teaching of extra Ecclesiam nulla salus and affirms that those who oppose the teaching of the church or are "stubbornly separated" from it cannot obtain eternal salvation.[1] The encyclical gives praise for those clergy, consecrated virgins, and people of Italy who have remained faithful and ends on a hopeful note.

Catholic lay man in Rome. Writer on the discovery of the two interpretations of Vatican Council II, one is rational and the other is irrational, one is interpreted with the false premise and the other without it. One is Magisterial and the other, the common one, is non Magisterial.How can the Holy Spirit make an objective mistake ? So it is human error and not the Magisterium.
Vatican Council II is dogmatic and not only pastoral.It is in harmony with the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus and the Athanasius Creed.
It is the same for the Creeds and Catechisms. There can be two interpretations.Catholics must choose the rational option. This is an issue in philosophy.
Why should Catholics choose an irrational version which is heretical, nontraditional and schismatic, when a rational option is there which is traditional? This is a philosophical issue. A new theology is not being offered here. Instead with the Rational Premise the New Theology is rejected and there is an automatic return to the Old Theology and Eccleisology of the Catholic Church.
It is unethical when the popes, cardinals and bishops choose the Irrational Premise to interpret Vatican Council II and other Magisterial Documents.
