Matteo Zuppi must ask the CEI, Italian government, Alberto Melloni, the
bishop of Frosinone and the secular Magistrate in Gallinero, Frosinone, to interpret Vatican
Council II rationally and honestly.

Mattei Zuppi, president of the Italian Bishops Conference (Conferenza
Episcopale Italia-CEI), the bishop of Frosinone,the Nuova Gerusalammene
(NLG) community and the secular Magistrate,to interpret LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2,
GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II rationally and honestly.
No fraud, no money laundering: the investigations against the 15 members of the New Jerusalem Church of Gallinaro in the province of Frosinone ended with their acquittal. The Pontiff, Samuele Morcia, some ministers and employees of the municipality of Valle di Comino where the 'New Jerusalem' has its headquarters ended up in the crosshairs of the Police and Guardia di Finanza, coordinated by the Cassino prosecutor's office.1
The CEI, like Catholic member of the Ministry of Interior, and Catholics at large, are interpreting Lumen Gentium 8, Lumen Gentium 14, Lumen Gentium 16, Nostra Aetate 2 and Gaudium et Specs 22 as visible cases in 2023.So they do not officially affirm the strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. They follow Pope Francis and the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican. They reject the Athanasius Creed.It says all need Catholic Faith for salvation.
The Nuova
Gerusalleme community, has reopened affirming the Creed and possibly Pope Francis, as the pope, according to their website. They too would be interpreting
Vatican Council II, the Nicene Creed and the Catechisms irrationally.
1.At issue
is books being sold which interpret LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc
with the irrational premise ( invisible people are visible) and non-traditional
conclusion ( LG 8 etc are known examples of salvation outside the Church.So de fide teachings like Creed, EENS etc obsolete. There is a new version with exceptions).

Propaganda Fide, Vatican only gives out scholarships for seminarians and
students who interpret LG 8 etc with the irrational premise. So there is a fake
break with Tradition. Students who interpret the Council rationally would have
their funds blocked. They discriminate against Catholics who are honest and traditional.
It must be
the policy of the CEI to only interpret Vatican Council II honestly.
So Cardinal
Zuppi, President of CEI and Archbishop of Bologna must announce that in Bologna, Vatican Council II is to be interpreted rationally by Alberto Melloni at the
FSCIRE (Bologna School). Also the Italian Government which finances him must do

The Italian Ministry of Interior and the CEI need to officially correct their position on Vatican Council II.
The cardinals and bishops of the Italian Bishops Conference (CEI) should be conservative and traditional only and should be opposing the Left. Since Vatican Council II is not liberal when LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc refer to hypothetical cases only in 2023.They do not contradict the past ecclesiocentrism of the Church.
But today the Italian Interior Ministry is interpreting Vatican Council II irrationally like the CEI.The Ministry approves books being sold with Vatican Council II interpreted irrationally. This is deceptive. Also Propaganda Fide only gives stipends for students who interpret the Council irrationally. This is not Catholic.
