The priest can offer the Novus Ordo Mass without calling it 'a celebration'. He can offer it with Vatican Council II (rational) and call it a Sacrifice. The Mass in Italian, English etc, would then have the same exclusivist ecclesiology as the Roman Missal of the 16th century.

The Mass in Italian, English etc, would be the Sacrifice and have the same exclusivist ecclesiology as the Roman Missal of the 16^th century. Vatican Council II and the Novus Ordo Mass would then have a continuity with the Magisterium of the 16 the century.Jesus in the Catholic Church, His Mystical Body, would be necessary for salvation. 

It would also call attention to Pope Francis not being Magisterial or Apostolic when he chooses to interpret the Council irrationally and dishonestly. This is political and not Catholic. 

According to Canon Law the popes, cardinals and bishops must affirm Church teachings. Cardinal Muller affirms the Church’s teachings on homosexuality.However he rejects the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS) as did Pope Benedict and Cardinal Luiz Ladaria sj. Since, Muller  interprets LG 8, 14, 16 as referring to physically visible cases in the present times and so exceptions for the strict interpretation of EENS which is opposed by the Jewish Left.  - Lionel Andrades
