For me the Catholic Church is officially saying in Magisterial Documents, that outside the Church there is no salvation. Practically, we know we cannot meet or see someone saved outside the Church. So there are no exceptions for the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus mentioned in Vatican Council II and neither are there any known in practical life.
