My
Parish Priest Father Paulo Boumis says LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22
etc in Vatican Council II refer to hypothetical and invisible cases in 2023. So
he implies - and would conclude - that Vatican Council II does not contradict
the Catechism of the Catholic Church which says all need to be members of the Church
for salvation (845). There are no known exceptions for CCC 845.Neither are
there any known in practical life. If anyone was saved outside the Church it
would only be known to God.
So
for him, LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc, does not also contradict
the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS) of Pope Boniface VIII( Unam
Sanctam). So there is no rupture with the missionaries of the 16th century on
the traditional teaching Outside the Church there is no salvation ( CCC 846).
The
Auxiliary Bishops of Rome and the theologians at the Ecclesia Mater, institute
for theology, at the Rome Vicariate, agree with him and so do the priests of
the Missionaries of Charity of Mother Teresa. There are no physically visible
cases of LG 8 etc. This is common sense. This is something obvious. Even a
school boy and a non Christian would agree here.
So
if Pope Francis and Cardinal Victor Manuel Fernandes were asked, they too would
say the same i.e there are no physically
visible cases of non Catholics saved outside the Church with the baptism of
desire (LG 14), in invincible ignorance (LG 16), where the Church subsists
outside its visible boundaries (LG 8) etc.Even the police, who are upholding
the leftist agenda, would agree.
So
for Fr. Paulo Boumis, and everyone else, Ad Gentes 7 says all need faith and
baptism for salvation. All. While LG 8,14, 15. 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc, are
not exceptions for Ad Gentes 7 and CCC 845, 846.
This
parish priest at the church Sant Agapito, Rome, near Termini, is affirming
Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church, unlike the Society
of St. Pius X.He is interpreting them rationally i.e invisible cases are
invisible in 1965-2023. LG 16 etc refer to an invisible person. So LG 16 cannot
be an exception for the ecclesiocentrism of the Middle Ages, the Church Fathers
and the Apostles.Someone has to be there to be an exception.
According
to Father Federico Montani, the SSPX priest who offers the Latin Mass at the
SSPX chapel in Rome, the SSPX does not accept Vatican Council II and the
Catechism of the Catholic Church. However the District Superior of the SSPX ,
Albano, Italy, Father Louis Sentagne,
has said that the SSPX seminarians at Albano, are sent to study at the
pontifical universities in Rome. The teaching, at these universities is based upon the acceptance of the
irrational interpretation of Vatican
Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church i.e invisible people are
physically visible, so Lumen Gentium 16 refers to a known and visible non
Catholic in 2023.They are saved without Catholic faith and the baptism of water
and so are exceptions for the dogma EENS, which becomes obsolete. Vatican
Council II becomes a break with Tradition.
Fr.
Paulo Boumis knows that now we have a choice. We can interpret Vatican Council
II , irrationally like Pope Paul VI or we can interpret the Council,
rationally, like me. – Lionel Andrades

For Father Paulo Boumis there are no physically visible cases of the baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance but he will continue to have adult catechesis this month in which he will interpret BOD and I.I as being physically visible non Catholics saved outside the Church, in the present times, who are practical exceptions for the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. This is also the theological position of the SSPX and the sedevacantists.

Cardinal Angelo Donatis, Vicar General of the Rome Vicariate, and his Auxiliary bishops know the same, as does the National Catechetical Center, Italy, but they will teach Catechism, with this objective error, since this is what Pope Francis wants, in the interpretation of Vatican Council II. They are not concerned about the truth or the faith, but, they are concerned about the political Left. https://www.facebook.com/parrocchiasantagapito/photos/pb.100070124363334.-2207520000/2918692911749813/?type=3 So if I was presenting the Catechism in the parish of Sant Agapito, Rome, I would say outside the Catholic Church there is no salvation and I would cite Ad Gentes 7, Lumen Gentium 14 and the Catechism of the Catholic Church (845,846). For me, LG 8, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc would not be objective exceptions, for Ad Gentes 7 and the dogma EENS. Fr. Paul Boumis avoided a discussion on this subject yesterday morning. He did not say that he would interpret Vatican Council II rationally. I base what I am saying on Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church and the priest could tell other religious to avoid me? Yes. Since the priest will affirm Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church but interpret hypothetical cases of LG 8, 14, 15, 16, UR 3, NA2, GS 22 etc, are referring to objectively visible cases. For me they are invisibile. For him there are visible examples of salvation outside the Church. For me they are hypothetical only. For him this refers to known non Catholics saved outside the Church. For me they are invisible cases. So our premises and inferences are different. So of course our conclusions would be different, they would be traditional or non-traditional.
