Cardinal Robert Sarah has not commented on the two Secretaries of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF) interpreting the two DISTURBING POINTS irrationally and heretically.

Cardinal Robert Sarah has not commented on the two Secretaries of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF) interpreting the TWO DISTURBING POINTS  irrationally and heretically.
He goes along with it.
Archbishops Morandi and Di Noia have asked the traditionalists at the St. Benedict Center, to interpret the TWO DISTURBING POINTS irrationally. In this way a rupture is created with the past exclusive ecclesiology, an ecumenism of return, Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) and the Syllabus of Errors.
Since Brother Andre Marie MICM refused to use the CDF-approved irrationality, Bishop Peter Libasci, the Bishop of Manchester, USA, along with the Left considers the SBC legally- not Catholic.
The CDF wants Brother Andre Marie's religious community, the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, to re-interpret the TWO DISTURBING POINTS irrationally to create a rupture with the traditional interpretation of EENS according to the Church Councils, popes and saints.
But is it with this irrationality also that Cardinal Sarah would interpret the TWO DOCTRINAL POINTS, creating a heretical conclusion which would be a rupture with the Old Theology and doctrines associated with the Traditional Latin Mass over the centuries?
So let Cardinal Sarah affirm the faith, clearly and directly, a point he brings up in his new book, and so tell the migrants and the CDF , what we Catholics believe.
He could unite with the truth so that we have common doctrine and the same theology at Holy Mass.
Brother Andre Marie and I attend Holy Mass with the Old Theology but Cardinal Sarah and the CDF do so with the New Theology.
For Brother Andre Marie  the baptism of desire, baptism, of blood and invincible ignorance refer to personally unknown people in the present times. So they are not exceptions to EENS.
For Cardinal Sarah and the CDF these are known examples of salvation outside the Church. This creates the NewTheology. The Old Theology is made obsolete. It is rejected.
So with the New Theology there are new interpretations of the Creeds and Catechisms and Vatican Council II.The result is a compromise on doctrine which he refers to in his book,Evening Draws Near and the Day is Nearly Over.
When Cardinal Sarah says that the Bible should not be used by the Left to support  the present invasion in Europe, of a particular group of migrants, he could also issue a statement on the TWO DISTURBING POINTS.Let us know what he believes. It would also be a proclamation of the faith.

 DISTURBING POINTS

1
TWO QUESTIONS
1) We cannot meet or see someone saved in invincible ignorance (I.I), baptism of desire(BOD) and baptism of blood(BOB) in 2019.We cannot physically see people saved in Heaven?
2) Since there are no cases of I.I,BOD, BOB in our reality, they cannot be examples of salvation outside the Church. They are not exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) ?

TWO INTERPRETATIONS OF THE CATECHISM OF THE CATHOLIC CHURCH
See this text in the Catechism of the Catholic Church(846-848). The red passages  do not contradict the blue passage . If the red contradicts the blue,  you are irrational. It is an irrational interpretation.

"Outside the Church there is no salvation"
846 How are we to understand this affirmation, often repeated by the Church Fathers? Re-formulated positively, it means that all salvation comes from Christ the Head through the Church which is his Body:
Basing itself on Scripture and Tradition, the Council teaches that the Church, a pilgrim now on earth, is necessary for salvation: the one Christ is the mediator and the way of salvation; he is present to us in his body which is the Church. He himself explicitly asserted the necessity of faith and Baptism, and thereby affirmed at the same time the necessity of the Church which men enter through Baptism as through a door.Hence they could not be saved who, knowing that the Catholic Church was founded as necessary by God through Christ, would refuse either to enter it or to remain in it.
847 This affirmation is not aimed at those who, through no fault of their own, do not know Christ and his Church:
Those who, through no fault of their own, do not know the Gospel of Christ or his Church, but who nevertheless seek God with a sincere heart, and, moved by grace, try in their actions to do his will as they know it through the dictates of their conscience - those too may achieve eternal salvation.
848 "Although in ways known to himself God can lead those who, through no fault of their own, are ignorant of the Gospel, to that faith without which it is impossible to please him, the Church still has the obligation and also the sacred right to evangelize all men."
