Archbishops Morandi and Di Noia have really responded officially to the TWO DISTURBING POINTS, without knowing it, and their public response is irrational and heretical.Their correspondence can be read on the website of the Diocese of Manchester, USA.
In their correspondence with Brother Andre Marie MICM at the St.Benedict Center, New Hampshire,the Secretaries have answered the two questions.

TWO QUESTIONS
1) We cannot meet or see someone saved in invincible ignorance (I.I), baptism of desire(BOD) and baptism of blood(BOB) in 2019.We cannot physically see people saved in Heaven? CDF Answer : Yes we can physically see and meet them. So they become exceptions to EENS for us.

Since there are no cases of I.I,BOD, BOB in our reality, they cannot be
examples of salvation outside the Church.They are not exceptions to the
dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) ? CDF Answer : Yes they are exceptions since we know of practical cases. We literally know of non Catholics saved outside the Church.We can see and meet them on earth.
They have also really responded to the second point of the TWO DISTURBING POINTS by interpreting the Catechism of the Catholic Church irrationally.The red is an exception to the blue for them.
This is bad reasoning.
The result is a New Theology which says outside the Church there is personally known salvation.
It is based upon a falsehood, a lie.
The lie is knowingly being cultivated by the two Catholic Archbishops at the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith office at the Vatican.This is being done even after they have been informed.
Their priority is politics and they are not concerned about the doctrines of the Catholic Church.-Lionel Andrades
