Lionel:
No one knows of any baptism of desire case in 2019.
No one personally knew of any baptism of desire case in 1965 or 1949.
There are no practical exceptions of the baptism of desire to the traditional interpretation of extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) said Fr. Leonard Feeney.
Yet the Cushingites insist that the baptism of desire is an exception to Feeneyite EENS as if they know personally know of non Catholics saved outside the Catholic Church.
A new book has been published which defends Cushingite baptism of desire and then projects the baptism of desire as an objective exception to traditional EENS.
So the writers also interpret Vatican Council II as a rupture with the dogma EENS.This is the result of thinking irrationally.-Lionel Andrades
