The Franciscans of the Immaculate magazine Christ to the World ( Cristo al Mondo ) was closed down by the Rome Vicariate. Since it stated that the Church had not rescinded the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS). There still is a ban on that mission-magazine

 

The Franciscans of the Immaculate magazine Christ to the World ( Cristo al Mondo ) was closed down by the Rome Vicariate. Since it stated that the Church had not rescinded the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS). There still is a ban on that mission-magazine.

For the Vicariate and the Left Vatican Council II interpreted with the false premise is a rupture with Tradition and in particular with Feeneyite EENS.

LG 8, LG 14, LG 16 etc are exceptios to EENS for the 'magisterium'.

So the hermeneutic of rupture is official from the Vatican and every one has to observe it. This fake reasoning was overlooked by all at the time of prohibition of the magazine. 

At that time the late Fr. Peter Damian Fehlner and other priests of the Franciscans of the Immaculate were not allowed to write on the subject of salvation and mission.
