So many papal documents were issued by the popes since Pope Paul VI intepreting Vatican Council II with the false premise instead of without it.Now Pope Francis is to issue another encyclical next month. Vatican Council II without the false premise indicates non Catholics are lost forever without faith and baptism(AG 7).The Council also would no where contradict extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS), the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX, the Athanasius Creed and the Catechism of Pope Pius X(24Q, 27Q).-Lionel Andrades
