At Vatican Council II they made a mistake when they assumed Nostra Aetate, Unitatis Redintigratio and Lumen Gentium contradicted  the strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS).

Cushing, Rahner, Ratzinger, Bea and others in 1965 also made a mistake when they accepted  the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 to the Archbishop of Boston. It had the same error.It assumed that unknown cases of the baptism of desire and invincible ignorance were objective exceptions to Feeneyite EENS.

Now the Archbishop of Boston, the Vatican's diplomatic corp and Judicial Magistrates  and tribunals are making the same mistake. -Lionel Andrades
