Fr.Anthony Pillari may say that the baptism of desire(BOD) is a part of the baptism of water. However BOD is still an exception to Feeneyite EENS for him. So it excludes the baptism of water. If it did not exclude the baptism of water it would not be an exception. He would then be a Feeneyite. But he is not a Feeneyite. If it is a part of the baptism of water it still is hypothetical. It is theoretial. It exists only in the mind. It is not a practical exception to EENS
