It is good to stay with Sacred Tradition since the present 'magisterium' differs from the past Magisterium on extra ecclesiam nulla salus ( without known exceptions), the Athanasius Creed, Syllabus of Errors, Catechism of Pope Pius X... In the past the Magisterium did not use a false premise to interpret Church documents and so create an artificial rupture with Tradition ( Catechism of the Council of Trent etc )
