The Traditional Latin Mass was allowed to be offered  at the church Santissimo Trinita dei Pelligrini on October 24 (Saturday) since Cardinal Raymond Burke interprets Vatican Council II, Creeds and Catechisms with the false premise instead of without it.

If he chose to interpret the Council without the false premise then there would be no rupture with the strict interpretation of EENS in the Council text. LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc would not be a problem. They would refer to speculative and theoretical cases only.

But this would be politically unacceptable for the Left in Rome. 

So Cardinal Burke and the FSSP affirm the baptism of desire, baptism of blood and invincible ignorance with a false premise, instead of without it and so there is a rupture with Tradition (EENS, Syllabus of Errors) and so they are allowed, by the Vatican and the Left, to offer the Latin Mass with the rubrics and vestments but without the traditional exclusivist ecclesiology of the Catholic Church.-Lionel Andrades
