The Traditional Latin Mass was allowed to be offered at the church Santissimo Trinita dei Pelligrini on October 24 (Saturday) since Cardinal Raymond Burke interprets Vatican Council II, Creeds and Catechisms with the false premise instead of without it

Cardinal Raymond Leo Burke can now affirm the strict interpretation of EENS since he does not know of any exceptions in 2020 and Magisterial texts do not mention any. They only refer to hypothetical cases.So LG 8, LG 14 ( baptism of desire), LG 16 ( invincible ignorance) are not examples of salvation outside the Catholic Church
