He interpreted the Catechism of the Catholic Church(847-848) and Vatican Council II(LG 16) irrationally and then placed sanctions on the St. Benedict Center, New Hampshire. The Archbishop-Secretaries of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, who supported this irrationality and heresy should also resign
