Una Voce International and the Latin Mass Societies could appeal to Cardinal Robert Sarah to permit the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary at the St. Benedict Center, New Hampshire, USA to have the Traditional Latin Mass at their premises, since they accept Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church and are interpreting them rationally and traditionally.

So there is no rupture in Tradition  (EENS, Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX, etc ).Vatican Council II is in harmony with Tradition.

In principle bishops should allow the Traditional Latin Mass when the religious community or parish affirms Vatican Council II and the  Catechism of the Catholic Church and interprets them rationally and traditionally with the hermeneutic of continuity with Tradition.. -Lionel Andrades
