Bishop Olsen was interpreting Vatican Council II with a false premise to create a rupture with Tradition and the past ecclesiology of the Traditional Latin Mass.He wanted the faculty and students at the Fischer More College,to accept the irrational interpretation of Vatican Council II. When they did not do this he stopped the Latin Mass at the FMC chapel.He permitted the FSSP priests to offer the Latin Mass since they accept Vatican Council II interpreted with the false premise
