It was the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF), Vatican which was intepreting Vatican Council II irrationally and along with Bishop Olsen , were forcing the Fischer More College to do the same . They were imposing doctrine on them. Similarly Pope Benedict interprets Vatican Council II and EENS with a false premise and expects the Society of St.Pius X to do the same for canonical recognition and says that the issue is doctrinal
