Bishop Peter Anthony Libasci, bishop of the diocese of Manchester, USA and the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican, will not permit Brother Andre Marie MICM, Priot,at the St. Benedict Center, New Hampshire, to have the Latin Mass at their community chapel, since he will not interpret Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church with a false premise to create a false rupture with Tradition ( EENS, Syllabus of Errors etc )
