In a box of oranges an apple is an exception, since it is different.But also because it exists there in that box. If it was not there it would not be an exception. There are no baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and invincible ignorance(I.I) cases in our reality. Yet BOD, BOB and I.I are exceptions to Feeneyite EENS for Pope Francis, Pope Benedict and the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF).This is an objective error. It cannot be magisterial since the Holy Spirit cannot make a mistake. This is human error
