The Congregation for Catholic Education and the Congregation for Doctrine of the Faith must inform for example, the Deans of Theology at the John Lateran, Gregorian and Angelicum University that they need to interpret Vatican Council II and EENS, and other Magisterial documents without the false premise which comes from the 1949 Letter of the Holy Office and which was approved by the Council Fathers. -Lionel Andrades
