I am not allowed to study philosophy or theology at the Angelicum University,Rome since I interpret Vatican Council II rationally .But non Catholics who do not accept Vatican Council II, are permitted to enroll, and proclaim my faith honestly.This is discrimination based upon religion.
All the professors at the University of St. Thomas Aquinas University, Rome interpret Vatican Council II irrationally and create a rupture with Tradition and only then they are permitted to teach there.If any of them would announce that there is nothing in Lumen Gentium to contradict the past ecclesiology and there is nothing in Unitatis Redintigratio to contradict the traditional ecumenism of return, he or she will not be allowed to teach.
Over the last 50 years Vatican Council II was interpreted with the hermeneutic of rupture and this was craftily approved by Pope Benedict.Conservative students were not allowed to study at pontifical universities. There were not allowed to become priests.
The development of doctrine that Pope Benedict and Pope Francis refer to comes only by assuming that LG 8 etc, refer to personally known and visible non Catholics saved outside the Church. So in this way it can be said that there are exceptions to Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS). Without this ruse there cannot exceptions to the past ecclesiology and an ecumenism of return. Without the false exceptions theory, there cannot be the creation of a new theology, new ecumenism, new ecclesiology, new evangelisation and new canon law.
The professors, like the popes, cardinals and bishops, have to assume that we are God and can see someone in Heaven who is there without 'faith and baptism'(AG 7, LG 14).
So in an interview with Edward Pentin of the National Catholic Register, the Dominican Archbishop Augustine di Noia, said that he knew of an Anglican who would go to Heaven. He could judge.
He also interpreted Vatican Council II with Cushingism. So he projected hypothetical cases as being objective examples of salvation outside the Church. Pentin asked him about the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.
The Rector, Vice Rector and Dean of Theology at the Angelicum and the Dominican Father General would know by now that all this new theology is nonsense.There are no visible cases of being saved with the baptism of desire, invincible ignorance and the baptism of blood without the baptism of water.So the Letter of the Holy Office 1949, which was referenced in Vatican Council II and placed in the Denzinger, and referenced again by the liberals in the Catechism of the Catholic Church (1994), has a mistake. It is an objective mistake.

The National Catholic Reporter reviews of the books by Fr. Jared Wicks sj and
superficially.Then they assumed hypothetical cases were objective exceptions to the past ecclesiology of the Church. This is irrational.
So the authors conclusions and those of the editors and correspondents of the NCR were irrational, non traditional and an artifical rupture with Catholic theology and doctrines on salvation etc.
