 Archbishop Giacomo Morandi, Secretary of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican and Bishop-elect of Diocese of Reggio Emilia-Guastalla, Italy is still interpreting Vatican Council II with a False Premise to produce a nontraditional conclusion, a hermeneutic of rupture with Tradition, at his new post.
