Fr. Frank Pavone, Fr. Alexander M.Minutella and Fr. Vaughn Treco could claim that Pope Francis is automatically excommunicated , since he is changing the interpretation of the Creeds with a False Premise, rejecting the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus with a re-interpretation of the baptism of desire etc and knowingly interprets Vatican Council II irrationally and not rationally. In this way he creates a false break with Tradition.
Pope Francis does not affirm the Catechism of Pope Pius X. He does this in the name of the Vatican Council II interpreted with the Fake Premise. The pope then re-interprets the Catechism of the Catholic Church ( 1257, 845,846) with the same False Premise to produce a rupture with the older Catechisms. This is doctrinal and theological chaos.
