St.Augustine Institute of Wisdom (SAI) needs to challenge the Education Department in the Diocese of Manchester in New Hampshire, USA, which interprets Vatican Council II and other Magisterial Documents, irrationally and dishonestly. Their adult catechisms, religious classes in school and First Communion and Confirmation classes are false. There is no denial from Bishop Peter Libasci, the bishop of Manchester. This issue is within the spheres of Church and secular laws.
