We cannot have a new theology, new ecumenism, new ecclesiology and new evangelization based upon Vatican Council II. Neither can the Council be used any more to justify innovation like married priests and women’s ordination etc.

Even a secular and ecclesiastical court would have to admit that LG 8, 14, 15 and 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc, always refer to invisible people in 1965-2023. So the Council is really traditional on extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS), the Athanasius Creed, Syllabus of Errors and the Catechisms of Pope Pius X and Trent. There is no rupture with the past.

The Judges at the Signatura, Vatican, will not say that they can physically see non Catholics saved in invincible ignorance (LG 16) and the baptism of desire (LG 14). Only God can see such cases. Also when the popes and saints referred to the baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance they were referring to hypothetical cases only. 

This is common sense. So the popes and saints over the centuries were only Feeneyite. They affirmed the strict interpretation of the dogma EENS, according to the Fourth Lateran Council (1215).

Once the secular and ecclesiastical courts clarify that LG 8, 14, 15, 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc, refer to only hypothetical cases the professors and theologians participating in the Synod would have to agree. They would have to teach this. Also the cardinals and bishops would have to tell people that LG 8 etc are only theoretical. They are not objective exceptions for Tradition (Syllabus of Errors, Catechism of Trent etc). They do not contradict the dogma EENS.

The Instrumentum Laboris is based upon the liberalism which comes from Vatican Council II ( irrational).This interpretation of the Council is now obsolete.

The lay people would expect the priests and religious sisters to be honest and to interpret Vatican Council II rationally.

Synodus Episcoporum non Magisterium with Vatican Council II interpreted irrationally.

Since Pope Paul VI made a mistake and interpreted Vatican Council II irrationally the error can now be corrected.The lay man can even correct it. It is so simple.

We can only journey together as a Church by interpreting Vatican Council II rationally and  not irrationally.

We no more have to interpret the baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance, like the error in the 1949 Letter of the Holy Office to the Archbishop of Boston during the pontificate of Pope Pius XII. The Church now has a rational choice.

The Holy Spirit will not want us to interpret Vatican Council II and other Magisterial Church Documents irrationally to produce a fake break with Tradition, also inspired by the Holy Spirit.
