CDF errors SBC must correct

In March 2016 Pope Benedict said extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) was no more like it was for the missionaries of the 16th century because of Vatican Council II.He meant Vatican Council II interpreted with Cushingism(invisible people are visible). This is the point that Brother Andre Marie MICM must refer to.
Secondly, in March 2018 Cardinal Luiz Ladaria sj said EENS was contradicted by Lumen Gentium 8 and so the Church no more held that it had an exclusiveness and superiority in salvation.Thirdly in the correspondence with Brother Andre Marie, the Secretaries of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF) stated that CCC 847-848 contradict EENS ( Feeneyite).
These are error which the SBC could help correct. These are Cushingite errors.
Even traditionalists make the same error in reasoning since the 1940's.
We Catholics do not have to say that the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and invincible ignorance(I.I) are exceptions to Feeneyite EENS.The popes and saints did not state  that they refer to visible and known people saved outside the Catholic Church. So for centuries they did not make this mistake in the Catholic Church. Not a single one of them. When they were asked about BOD, BOB and I.I they responded. They did not state that these were practical exceptions to EENS.
So we can read Vatican Council II with the for and neutral to EENS passages and not for and against EENS passages. The 'red is not an exception to the blue' and not vice versa.
The Diocese of Manchester wants the SBC to interpret Vatican Council II irrationally  and then be  accepted as legal Catholics. The Diocese of Manchster is openly and legally saying that 1)invisible cases of BOD, BOB and I.I are visible exceptions to EENS and 2) invisible cases of LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc are physically visible examples  of salvation outside the Catholic Church in 2019 and are practical exceptions to EENS. This will not hold water. with rational people in New Hampshire.Bishop Peter Libasci must clarify the opposite. This must also be done for other Catholics in Manchester, like the Charismatic Renewal Movement,Cursillo,Men of St.Joseph, Ecumenical groups and religious communities.-Lionel Andrades
