Legally the Human Life International(HLI) cannot claim that invisible cases of BOD, BOB and I.I) and LG 8, LG 14,LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc are objective exceptions to traditional EENS.This is subterfuge.But Fr. Giordano is teaching this to seminarians here.
The HLI would say that this is the teaching approved by the ecclesiastics at the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF).They would have to admit however that this is an irrational teaching.So they support irrationality instead of correcting it. Also with this irrationality they change the understanding of EENS, the Creed and Catechisms and Vatican Council II which is heresy.
All magisterial documents interpreted with the red passages not contradicting the blue support Feeneyite EENS.But HLI does not admit this.Raymond de Souza affirms the error in his personal apologetics website.He encourages Fr. Giordano to teach a false and irrational theology in Rome's universities.
Pope John Paul II rejected a Christian theology of religious pluralism and salvation( CDF Notification on Fr.Jacques Dupuis sj 2001) and the HLI opposes Pope John Paul II with their Cushingite interpretation of Magisterial documents. So there is a rupture created with an ecumenism of return.
There is no new revelation in Vatican Council II when the red is not an exception to the blue.The Council emerges Feeneyite.This is not being taught at the pontifical universities in Rome.
The HLI is also not supporting the St. Benedict Center, N.H, in the Diocese of Manchester, USA.They are not saying that invincible ignorance through no fault of ones own, is not an exception to the strict interpretation of EENS. So LG 16 ( invincible ignorance) etc does not contradict Feeneyite EENS.
