1.There are no exceptions to Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) in Vatican Council II.Also Fr.Leonard Feeney was correct and the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 to the Archbishop of Boston made an objective mistake.
2.The New Theology was created based on there being exceptions to traditional EENS.We now avoid the error and are back to the Old Theology and the traditional exclusive ecclesiology of the Catholic Church.
We avoid the error by interpreting hypothetical cases as just being hypothetical. I call this Feeneyism. The mistake was to interpret hypothetical cases as being objective examples of salvation outside the Catholic Church. I call this Cushingism.We can interpret Vatican Council II and all magisterial documents with Cushingism or Feeneyism and the conclusion would be different.
3.For Rome to come back to the faith it needs to switch to Feeneyite philosophy ( invisible people are always invisible) and theology( outside the Church there is no salvation and there are no visible exceptions to EENS, for us humans).

1.The baptism of desire(BOD),baptism of blood and being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I) refer toinvisible people.They are not physically visible cases. They are not examples of salvation outside the Catholic Church.They are not  practical exceptions to the centuries-old interpretation of extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS).
2.It is the same with Vatican Council II.There are only hypothetical cases in Vatican Council II.They are referenced in LG 8,LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc.They are hypothetical and theoretical only.So they cannot be practical exceptions to EENS.
3.The New Theology was based upon a lie. BOD, BOB and I.I was assumed to refer to physically visible people. Known non Catholics  saved outside the Church. This was how the  New Theology was created.This same false theology was repeated at Vatican Council II.In spite of this bad theology Vatican Council II can be interpreted in harmony.We simply avoid the error in the interpretation. We must observe all the passages support extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS).It is not for and against EENS. 
4.When we interpret hypothetical cases as just being hypothetical which I call Feeneyism, we go back to the old traditional theology.The Council and the Catechism of the Catholic Church become orthodox.Since the premise and inference has changed.There is no rupture with the Syllabus of Errors(EENS, ecumenism of return etc).
Without the irrationality there is no theological basis for the New Ecumenism, New Theology, New EcclesiologyNEW Evangelisation etc.
With Feeneyism there are only passages with support EENS. With Cushingism there are for and against EENS passages in Vatican Council II.
5.We undo the errors which they popes and cardinals overlooked.This is since Pope Pius XII.Mission theology and doctrine becomes traditional. It is the same as that of St.Ignatius of Loyola and St. Francis Xavier.All need to enter the Catholic Church as members to avoid Hell.(Ad G entes 7,Vatican Council II).
Common and heretical Cushingism( hypothetical cases are objective) is replaced by Feeneyism( hypothetical cases are just hypothetical) as a philosophy( so invisible people are invisible) and theology( outside the Church there is no salvation and there are no practical exceptions known to us humans).
Vatican Council II in harmony with the strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(Outside the Catholic Church there is no Salvation), an ecumenism of return,the old exclusivist ecclesiology and  the Syllabus of Errors.
