Irrationality would also be part of the religious formation of Catholic members of the judiciary in Italy

Nicolò Zanon

Justice Niccolo Zanon, a judge of  the Constitutional Corte, Italy will be the moderator of a reunion of the Archisodalitium, Curiae Romanae, Rome on December 13 and professors and students of the Pontifical Gregorian University, Department of Canon Law are expected to attend. They have their religious formation based upon an irrational interpretation of Vatican Council II.
Seminarians are discriminated against based upon their religious interpretation of magisterial documents in the Catholic Church.
Many students with a religious vocation have been discriminated against. Since they did not choose to interpret Vatican Council II and / or the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) with an obvious irrationality.
This irrationality would also be part of the religious formation of Catholic members of the judiciary in Italy.
Nicolo Zanon is a member of the Constitutional Court, Italy and was a former professor at the University of Milan, where also, Vatican Council II is interpreted with an irrational premise. In this way an artificial rupture emerges with the past exclusivist ecclesiology an ecumenism of return and 16th century EENS.The Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX and the Athanasius Creed which support outside the Church there is no salvation, are made obsolete.
This would also be the understanding of Catholic faith-teachings among members of the Association of Italian Canonists(GIDDC).They are expected to be there at the Friday program. They coordinate with the Associazioni Teologiche Italiane(CATI) and do not interpret Vatican Council II rationally.
With the irrational interpretation of Vatican Council II they take up cases in Canon Law and do not correct the administration, Curias, bishops etc.
It may be mentioned that at the Angelicum and Gregorian University in Rome, they approve doctoral thesis  at the Faculty of Theology - but only of students/seminarians who interpret Vatican Council II irrationally. This is unethical and dishonest.
Thousands of students who were given academic degrees in theology, were not told that the Council was being interpreted by confusing what is implicit as explicit, unknown as known and visible as invisible to create a false premise and inference, resulting in a non traditional conclusion.
Popes, cardinals and bishops have participated in this exercise.Even in secular universities in Rome, like La Sapienza, which teach Church canon law, this deception has gone unnoticed.

Members of the judicial system in Italy, have received their Licentiate , Doctorate and other academic degrees  in theology, by interpreting Vatican Council II, the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) and other magisterial documents, with an irrational premise. So expectedly there will be a rupture with the past exclusivist ecclesiology, an ecumenism of return, 16th century EENS, the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX and the Athanasius Creed and Tradition in general.

Members of the Italian Judiciary also attend programs at these pontifical universities. Vatican Council II is not only interpreted  with a false premise at pontifical universities but also at state schools and Church educational institutions. Members of the judiciary have been influenced by the irrational interpretation of the Catechisms, Creeds and Vatican Council II.
They have studied Church Canon Law and Church History while interpreting Vatican Council II as having exceptions to EENS.So they imply that there are personally known non Catholics saved outside the Church, for there to be exceptions.1
Even Cardinal Raymond Burke, the former Prefect of the Apostolic Tribunal, the Signatura, in Rome, interpreted the Council with the false premise.
Seminarians and religious sisters, have lost their vocations  because of the unethical interpretation of Vatican Council II at the universities in Italy.Seminarians are discriminated against based upon their religious interpretation of magisterial documents in the Catholic Church.-Lionel Andrades
