Most  Catholics interpret Vatican Council II with the irrationality and they do so in ignorance and so are not formal heretics. However the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith has been informed and the ecclesiastics there do not correct the error. The persist with the erro even after being inforned.

They allow the popes to interpret the Creeds with this error this is not just material heresy.
