Bishop Donald Sanborn interpreted Vatican Council II, extra ecclesiam nulla salus and the Catechisms with the false premise. There is no apology or correction.
Fr. Anthony Cekada did the same.
Probably Bishop Sanborn will expire like Fr. Cekada without correcting the error. -Lionel Andrades
