Cardinal Walter Kasper would first interpret Vatican Council II with a false premise . Then he would say that since Vatican Council II says there is known salvation outside the Church, non Catholics are saved without the Sacraments.

Then he would say that since Vatican Council II says there is known salvation outside the Church, non Catholics are saved without the Sacraments.So the old exclusivist ecclesiology of the Church is obsolete and ' non one believe in it any  more' as he says.So the Church can change its teachings for him, on Communion for the divorced and remarried.

If the Church can make one major change in doctrine and theology, for him, then why not other changes ?
